Basic Installation Work that is Included

    • Site Survey (at time of installation)

    • Assembly one dish antenna & mount

    • Grounding of system components

    • System peaking for optimum performance

    • Installation of up to 100' of RG-6 cable per receiver

    • Cable routing through frame structure with a single wall penetration

    • Hook-up of receiver to television

    • Testing of equipment for proper operation

    • Customer orientation

    • 90-day warranty

  • Up to 120' of RG-6 cable per receiver
  • Coaxial cable connectors
  • DISH antenna mounting hardware
  • Wallplate
  • Grounding, block & wire
  • Weather sealant for connections and structure penetration

Installation Concerns

  • You have a location to attach the dish to such as a wall, roof, balcony, patio, pole, etc.

  • You must have a clear line of sight to the southern sky

  • You have written landlord permission

  • You can get the cables from the satellite antenna to the satellite receiver

  • You have a proper grounding location for the satellite antenna


Additional charges apply for the following:

*Additional TV hook-ups off the same receiver, pole mounts, wall fishing, extra dishes, etc. all require extra work and time. Custom work will be quoted per job and charged to customer at time of install. Some systems require two separate lines to be ran from one dish, like the 721PVR model because of the two separate tuners. There could be extra charges here also depending on the situation.
 


A clear line of site to the southern sky is required to receive the satellite signal. Many apartment landlords will not permit us to mount a dish to the building and only allow it to be mounted off the balcony. It is customers obligation to supply Frontier Satellite with written landlord permission for us to mount a dish on the premises.

If for any reason "No line of site" is found, or customer cancels after being installed, customer will pay shipping both ways on ALL returned equipment, plus there may also be a trip fee involved and a 15% restock fee. Free shipping of systems applies only if system is activated and kept active for the duration of the contract.

Before you order, be sure you have a location that will work and permission to have it installed.
